Looking for a Unique Event Space for Your Holiday Party?

I keep getting asked for recommendations for recommendations for unique event spaces for Holiday Parties this year. Thought I would put a list together for you…

Woman Made Gallery - Gorgeous gallery space on Milwaukee Avenue, 2 floors, about 100 people, always spectacular art, wood floors, sound system throughout and small kitchen. Rents around $800 for 4 hours.

Logan Square Kitchen - Fantastic Green Event Space with giant commercial kitchen. Fits about 80 comfortably cocktail style. About $2800 on a Friday/Saturday Night. Fantastic Nonprofit rates available.

Greenhouse Loft - Stunning Brand New Green Event Space in the Green Exchange. 25 - 250 people. Hardwood floors, amazing natural light, garden. Friday and Saturday night rents for $4,500.

Flourish Studios - Lots of different options in this space including an adorable gallery area. Probably be best to stick to around 50 people for this one. Great vibe.

Bespoke Cuisine - Take a private cooking class and then enjoy the fruits of your labor together in this quaint and very Chicago event space + private kitchen on Randolph St.

A New Leaf - Badass + really unique event space attached to a flower shop. Friday and Saturday night $3,500

The Glessner House Museum - Lots of options in this historic location. Spaces that can accommodate 20-40 or 80-150. Rents for Around $2,500

McCormick Tribune Bridge House - So cool and so unusual! Only holds 30 so it’s only right for small gatherings but it really gets no cooler than renting a bridge house on the river!

Resolution Digital Studios - The sound stage in this facility is killer and can host hundreds. You can do some seriously kickass sound + video work on this black box. Even fit for aerial artists to fly from the ceilings.

Southport Lanes + Billiards - Built in entertainment! Private party room.

The Ballroom at SAIC - Stunning and well appointed ballroom right across from AIC. Ornate with lots of room for dancing, seated dinning and a great wrap around balcony.

Zhou Brothers Art Center - Art center on the south side that can accommodate 10 to 1000.

These are just some of my favorites but I hope they help!
